YOUR PHOTO

This story could easily go on the Jokes page, as it is short and has such an obvious punch line.  But, I've heard so many Sailors over the years protest that, "This is ain't no Sh*t," that I've decided that it probably qualifies as a Sea Story.  Here goes...

A Sailor on deployment received a Dear John letter from his girlfriend, breaking off their engagement and asking for her photograph back.  Naturally, he was a bit upset.  He went around to all of his shipmates, and asked each of them for any unwanted pictures of old girlfriends that they had stuffed in the backs of their lockers.

When he had a fat stack of photographs of women, he bundled them all together and sent them to his ex-girlfriend, along with a note that read, "I’m more than happy to return your picture, but I can’t remember which one is you.  Please sort through the stack until you find your photo, and then return the others."
